Yeah, basically. If it was an especially notorious case, I might have to contend with true crime buffs wanting tours, but good security should take care of that.

I'd totally go for the so-called haunted house too. Before I moved in, I'd get the Padre to do a house blessing, which really does take the ju-ju off a dwelling. When the Padre talks, even God listens, so unhappy spirits wouldn't stand a chance. :)
My dream house would not have stairs. Although I enjoy the privacy of going upstairs to read or get away from the boys in our little house, the stairs are just killing my bad knee. It'd also have a screened porch, a spacious walk-in pantry, more kitchen counter space, a bigger laundry room and much bigger bathrooms. Our downstairs bath is so small that there's enough room to sit on the toilet. It's so narrow that anyone sitting on the toilet can stretch out his arms and have one hand in the sink and the other several inches inside the shower. My friend Miss V., who weighs a smidge under 300 pounds, refuses to go in there.

There's a house I'm in love with---I've never actually been in there---that has a screened in front porch facing the river, and I can just imagine sitting there in comfort, watching the 4th of July fireworks. And the best part is, it's on the same block the library....

my perfect house would have at least one guest room (that didn't have to double as anything else), laundry and storage space, a cozy room for my den with tons of bookshelves and a walk-in shower in my bathroom.

Oh, and ghost do exist. How do I know? Because I have a few Shadow People living in my house! Seriously!

It wasn't my house either time, though.
