Aldi's has little chocolate-covered marzipan logs for 99 cents each. Nom nom nom...must not eat them all at once...must not spend bill/gasoline money on them, either

Keep those confections coming!! Sometimes the comfort food is what keeps us going. I know what you mean about the gas- I drive 20 miles round trip to work each day and I try to survive on putting $20 worth of gas in my car to get back and forth. Doesn't always last with the current prices. The days of rides to Satellite Beach to go thrift shopping are long over! Cheer up! It will get better.
*hugs* If one more 99 cent marzipan log makes it bearable, then go for it.
I'm a week behind on SPN. We gave up TV service to save money and SPN shows the "current" episode on the 'net a few days after it airs on TV. So the last one I saw was the one where they get called back to the town with the missing sheriff, which was very good.
Yeah, that was a good one. But remind me never to sleep with Sam Winchester, because I think his post-coital mortality rate is about 95% (only one I can think of who's survived was the doctor in the siren ep.)
Once upon a time, there was a game show---I *think* it was "The Newlywed Game", where there were quesstions designed to test the knowledge of your partner. I remember one of the questions was, "What kind of candy bar would your partner be?". I gave the matter a great deal of though (probably more than the question deserved), and decided that I would be a layer of raspberry jelly, a somewhat thicker layer of marzipan, enrobed in good dark chocolate. /trivia
Television Without Pity has (or had, it's been a while since I was there) a forum category titled "Sam Winchester: Sleep with Him and Die!" But Bobby's ratio is just as bad, since his wife and Pamela are both dead. And Ellen, who I always suspected might have had a little fling with him. :)
I'm not sure what candy bar I'd be. Lately I'm very partial to those milk chocolate and hazelnut bars Aldi sells, so maybe I'd be sweet and really nutty. :D
Lately singer_salvage has had a few good "Bobby gets lucky!" stories, which I've enjoyed.
Don't know about the nuts, but definitely sweet! And correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't your birthday coming up? Should I break out the cake and sparklers?

My idea of a "long" drive is the Entenmann's store in Rockledge, although I've done some job hunting on Barnes Blvd.

(And I've forgotten about SPN every single Friday since it began again so I'm completely ignorant now.)

You can always check the synopses at IMDb.com. Not as much fun as watching the eps, but a cure for ignorance.
