This evening, my office is 55F/12.7C, and I'm comfortable instead of miserable. It's amazing what a difference just a few degrees makes

Glad the shoulders are being cooperative this year- nothing worse than constant pain- esp during the holidays!

Thanks! While I was at SBJB's the other evening, I also realized that I could lift both arms above my head...not a great deal of muscle, but since a year ago, I could barely raise them above my shoulders, I'm thrilled.

My right arm and leg haven't been the same since the car accident / incident in summer of 09. Sometimes I feel like my arm is popping out of the socket for no apparent reason. My leg is just a hot mess. I am happy when I get through a day with no pain!

Yow, nothing is suckier than chronic pain. You have my sympathy.
