I really enjoyed this conversation -- and the thought of Castiel saying, perfectly straight-faced, "Shit happens," made me laugh out loud.

After seeing Misha in "Nip/Tuck", I have boundless admiration for the way he can play hilarious lines with a dead-pan face. One of the things I loved about this ep was seeing him go the other way, smiling that gorgeous smile of his. Pretty, oh so pretty---!

The first spark I had for this fic was getting Castiel's fortune after lunch at my favorite Chinese buffet. I knew immediately it was A Prompt from The Universe! (Sam's was from a Dove Dark wrapper---appropriate!)

Gorgeous! I don't think I've seen any Sam-Castiel fics before this one, and you hit everything right on the mark. Great voices for both of them. Love the absurdity of the locale, and Cas's take on "Shit happens."

The show does a lot of thinky stuff, but somehow, Dean is on the receiving end of most of it. Phooey!

I figured two servers were enough---since it wasn't exactly peak time. But otherwise, yeah. Everybody and their cousin.

That part was kind of spontaneous while I was writing. I knew I wanted to discuss free will and destiny, but I swear, my Cas came up with that all by himself, and then Sam went off on it. Whee!
