Denim dreams

I love my new coat. I haven't figured out yet who it makes me feel like, but damn, I look good in it. It has the kind of collar with a buttonhole on the label, so it can be worn formally "all buttoned up", or more casually folded down. The length is good, the fit is tolerable---I could stand to lose a few pounds, but what else is new

On my shopping front I still haven't found my dreamboots yet. *sigh* Don't you just hate it when you know what you want (sort of), but can't find it?

Boots! I keep finding darling boots, but never in a style I like in a size that will fit my Clydesdale feet---11W! And having jumbo calves doesn't help matters. I'm ready to find a pair of cowboy boots, and hack them off at the ankles---it's not like they'll show under jeans....
