I love this! What a wonderful character you've created in Eddie, and the suggestion that he'll steer House into infectious diseases is just neat.

Lots of science and medicine (*happy sigh* I love that in a fic) woven in so well, and everyone's in perfect character. I love feisty little Sammy, John and House going toe-to-toe over the car and the boys, and Dean calling John "Daddy" and not wanting him to leave made me just a tad misty-eyed.

A marvelous treat!
