Okay, I've just made a new LJ account for an RP group on LJ, and I want to know how to simply add a border on top of the LJ page, without changing anything much. I know SOME of my friends do it, but I can't for the life of me remember who... and I'm not going to attempt to try anything as hard as this one before. 8D;

Why'd you want a border on the top of the LJ page? It looks fine! (*_*) Plus I don't know how to add a border. ^^;

Aww, thanks. I wrote a lot of babble, though. Was so disorientated by having to write post mail that I even went and wrote aimless babble about the weather. XDXDXD; Holland-ness sounds good. You writing another card to me is even better good. o(^_____^)o
