The dumbasses actually asked me "Who do you think will be the next to resign and why?" Ha, like if I had a clue I would tell them. I replied with "No comment, and I have no idea."

They are a waste of time really. As one website said, "they are taking place too late" so they should be done while you are part of the company and not when you are leaving said company. I totally hate the practice now and was utterly happy when it was over.
