This is why ever since Deathly Hallows came out....I stayed away from all Harry Potter fan sites in general. Only seeking comfort in my fellow H/Hr mates and websites. I knew constant talking of H/G and R/Hr would do me in somehow.

So why did I just let myself read J.K's recent comments on Harry and Ginny being soul mates, and Ron and Hermione ( Read more... )

Do you want to know what I find ironic? In the very same interview that she's swearing up one side and down the other that Ron and Hermione are perfect for each other, she then says she herself dated her share of Rons but married a Harry, because Rons aren't much fun to date or something like that.

So I guess arguing and bickering and crying all the time isn't anymore fun in real life than it is in fiction. Which is precisely why so many people think Hermione is better suited to Harry.

Don't feel gloomy. Whatever she says now, the most compelling relationship she wrote in her books was, still is, and always will be Harry and Hermione.
