The problem with me writing primers is that I get very easily distracted by shiny things, especially pretty women. Sadly, while I am using this icon, this post contains little to no Maja. Sorry, I'll do better next time

Aren't they wonderful? I'm a sucker for bands with more than one woman. Girls! Talking to other girls! It's so novel. It's pretty much the same reason I flailed when I found out the Hushies had a woman for a tour manager.
They're definitely a lot more "indie" sounding than the other bands, which is a nice break. I love the Cobra's new album, but sometimes I just feel like Patrick is too overbearing in his producing and the sound loses its rough edges.
Ugh, I'm digging the whole Oh my God They're One Big Family thing, and that is just the most awesomest thing to ever awesome.
Also? There needs to be Greta/Emily (Emily, right? I'm pretty sure it's Emily, damnit) snugglefic, like, yesterday.
I love Eisley, though. I haven't heard much that doesn't have a video yet because I'm lazy, and my Zune's over there, and I'm over here. Heh. But good God, their videos are awesome and wonderful and Sherri is hotsauce, okay? And the videos are Kinda Creepy, and just. Yay. *flails*
Yep, her name is Emily. I don't know her last name but I want to find out and also have more photos of their snuggle times.
Eisley really works as a family, their parents manage them without getting into creepy Papa Joe territory. Their mom even showed up on ONTD to defend them when stolen photos of Chauntelle and Sherri in their bathing suits were posted and people were calling Chauntelle fat. Which was not the smartest way to deal with ONTD but it still fills me with hearts for her.
They have beautiful videos, but Telescope Eyes is so sad. It's about a boy they knew who committed suicide after being extremely bullied. They write songs about their lives that isn't about vicious break ups. I want to just hang out and talk to them about it.

I'm uploading zips of both their albums, they'll be up in a half hour.

Also, half an hour is apparently a lie. Why must you die on me, Mediafire?
