First rehearsal

Last night, first rehearsal after the concert, the Rainbow Chorus spent the entire two hours rehearsing the new piece, "Starlight"! Many people told me it was a beautiful song. Several told me they cried the first time they read the words.

One woman (one of those rare solidly-happy people whose temperament is always inspiring, never annoying) said

Not actually from the audience but from the chorus! It is great to know the performers are getting so much meaning out of it, though! :-)

I think I know what you're saying. It's like when a kindred spirit unexpectedly reveals themselves to you when a chance (?) remark brings you both to realize you instinctively understand the same thing or things.
