Until the invitation from bobalone, I hadn't considered it. Stay up for "a free all-night contemporary art thing" in downtown Toronto? He suggested several of us gather to take advantage of the photo op.

Me too, actually. A lot of the art ranged beyond what tends to grab my attention, but I enjoyed it a lot. It was an education, and I enjoyed the company.

Yes, I didn't begin to describe our feelings about that, but it was saddening to say the least. The woman who told us about the incident at the duck pond emphasized that it was not students, generally, who perpetrated the vandalism.

Likewise. Since Dad asked whether I could accompany him on his trip to Florida in November I've been wondering whether we could orchestrate a meeting, though it's an outside chance.
