OOTS grows up

The Phoenix rises. Out On The Shelf, Guelph's queer library and resource centre, is moving to a new location. This started because the Canadian Mental Health Association, which hosted the library free of charge and provided some funding, lost its budget to do so.

You know, it's something of an object lesson in reality being what we make of it. The Collective addressed the setback so positively, I never doubted for a moment that the plan would succeed. Confidence breeding confidence in the community is what allowed so many good things to happen.
