Voices of the chorus

I have been asked to write the narrative that will accompany the January concert of Waterloo-Wellington Rainbow Chorus. Having come through some exciting challenges recently, such as the trip to Carnegie Hall last February, we decided to concentrate this fall on caring for ourselves. I wish you could, too. I'm excited about the music as well. We're singing some of my all-time favourites, like "Shanendoah", "Danny Boy", and "All I Ask Of You" from Phantom of the Opera. We've had a strong start to the season and already have about half the music "off book" (by memory) with more than two months to go to the concert. We've given some good performances in recent years, but I'm fairly confident this will be our best ever. I feel quite privileged to have been given the role of writing the narrative.
