I was reading Bert's info thinking you'd omitted a "has a [pet and this is the description]" for the first item, and so went on to read the second and thought the leash thing was a funny joke, that the knocking stuff over just a personality quirk, and only when I got to tummy rubs it hit me..

The one good thing of you guys always seeming to need a new roomie every few months is that maybe when I can move out there'll be a vacancy, grin. Maybe even one with a big enough room for me, my books, my cats, and my fish.
