In The Vampire Diaries, vampires are capable of compelling people (humans) into doing whatever they want just by looking at them. And the only way to prevent that is to carry or having vervain in their systems. As a note, if someone is compelled they can't even tell they were. 2) Yes to Katou. He is infused with the power of angels and also is a plant, but he does bleed. IDK my bff Kaori Yuki. As for Acheron, well, Damon is more than willing to try! However, he would first have to overpower Acheron. Good luck with that.
