I reblogged this on tumblr, and I just re-read it, and it's just as gorgeous and delicious the second time around. I still maintain that you write the best kisses. I also especially liked House getting Wilson to admit he said House's name when he was alone.

Wonderful job.

I really intended to upload this, like, the same day I put it on tumblr, but I somehow forgot. It means a lot you would reread it and review it, despite it being already floating around in cyberspace lol.

It was certainly difficult to write the kiss this time, what with the lack of touching, so I'm pleased that you thought it was well-done. Also, deductive!House is so much fun.

Thank you for (re)reading and reviewing!

Wow, this was simply amazing! I've been waiting for a Hilson fic from you and it was well worth the wait. I loved how competitive you portrayed them as they struggled to keep from using their hands. Trust House to set up the situation with a bet he heard in a movie! I also like the fact that they had sex without being drunk enough to blame it on the alcohol. I hope to read future House/Wilson fics from you. Thanks!

ETA: I'm glad this fic had nothing to do with the 'Wilson has cancer" plot line DS gave us. I will never forgive him and the other writers for taunting us Hilsons like he did at the end of the series. I hated that arc and the way DS ended it. I know others disagree with me and that's okay, everybody is entitled to his or her opinion. It's nice break to read a fic where Wilson isn't sick and dying.

I'm personally a huge fan of the final arc and the writing quality of the last part of season eight. Actually, I do have two (rather long) projects dealing with the final arc, post-series (and one of them spans the entirety of their friendship) that I should probably work on. One's more serious than the other. Thanks for reminding me of them, because I've been focusing on Supernatural and forgot.

I really enjoyed writing how competitive they were. I love how House could always get Wilson to go along with his crazy schemes and despite being such a "nice guy" he could be damn manipulative and competitive for House. It's nice to explore the less serious side of Wilson sometimes.

As for the pick-up line, I actually heard it in a movie once a few years ago and pretty much scoffed at how pathetic it was, so it was nice to finally get it out there in some way.

Thank you for reading and reviewing!

May I ask why you liked the final arc? Just curious, not trying to be argumentative:)

I loved the final arc because it tied up everyone's story, in a realistic way that made sense for their characters. Foreman was a good Dean of Medicine (which made sense for his storyline and was a great way to tie up his struggle; it's been there from the beginning) and Chase is no longer someone following orders and being compared to House, but he is his own person making the orders now. Cameron is practising medicine wherever she feels comfortable and had a family of her own. It all made sense for their characters; it was realistic ( ... )

Wow. Just wow. I was so excited to see a new fic from you and you certainly did not disappoint! Very IC and hot, with just enough humor to match. Great stuff!

It was certainly fun to write fic again, especially for hilson. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

I feel like I can't even come up with words that appropriately convey how happy I am to read something new from you. This was so, so wonderful. I loved the heat, and the way they were able to stay completely in-character throughout. Sometimes authors have to tweak the characterization to make it fit for the fic they are writing, but you never have that problem. You take the characters just as they are and write it so fittingly that it's easy to see it happening just like that.

Also, totally agree with writerdot. You do write seriously impressive kisses.

Yay, love the icon. :)

I really enjoy writing kisses myself, so I'm glad to hear that you think I'm good at it. Especially when they kiss for several pages, it takes a lot of concentration to find the right words. And I'm happy to hear that it was IC, because I know I haven't been writing for House for awhile and worried I might be rusty, but I tried very hard to make sure I wasn't.

Thank you for reading and reviewing!
