As for the rest of the story: I hope this season turns out similar, with the couples realizing they're not going to work and House and Wilson realizing their set-up last season was pretty good.
Summary: great fic!

I'm glad you were surprised because that is the point of a twist and I worried I would fail spectacularly. Also, I'm pleased you think it makes sense . . . I've read stories where the twist literally came out of nowhere and I didn't want this to turn out that way.
Thank you for reviewing! (Even if this is your first, I understand. I try to review everything I read but . . . yeah, I'm not always so good about actually doing it . . .)

I didn't see that little development coming at all.
I'm so glad you overcame your nervousness about posting the story because, as usual, it's awesome. :)

I'm actually pretty proud that it shocked you. I was hoping people would be surprised.

Yeah, all the Huddy plugging wasn't going over well there. *sigh* and a couple of the more prolific posters don't come around much anymore. Maybe it'll pick up after the new season starts tho.
On the other hand, the Gleeeeeeeeeeeeee board is still poppin'! :)

Anyway, for your sake, I hope the boards pick up as well and I love Glee! That show is cool.

Also, the whole kiss scene was beautiful, full of emotions, but not overly so. I feel really bad for Thomas now. But at the same time I really don't like him AT ALL.
Sorry I didn't comment sooner, because this whole fic is a great read: it's IC, I really like your take on Cuddy (& Rachel) and Sam regarding their relationships, and there's even an intriguing patient that brings a lot to the story (even before this chapter).
Thanks for sharing!

How you feel about Thomas is up to you; I didn't write him to be either liked or disliked. A friend of mine thinks Thomas is a whiny, self-pitying ass and he has reason to think so; my mom thinks he's a pitiable character she feel sympathy towards. It all depends on the person reading, I think. I am also glad you thought he brought more to the story that surprise kissage. I also intended for him to parallel the lies Wilson and House were living with their girlfriends, and I'm glad you caught that.
Writing Sam, Cuddy, and Rachel was interesting and a challenge so I'm glad so many people, such as you, have noticed and taken time to comment on them.
