I bought a Vampire Angel puppet. It makes me happy. :D

So of course I have all 4 issues of Buffy Season 8 (both covers) and am absolutely loving it. They're awesome. The artwork is gorgeous and the storyline is amazing. Joss owns me on this one.

I don't OWN them yet. I've been downloading them but I'll be buying them SOON!

I'm so happy that it's all working in together. SO HAPPY.

Georges Jeanty, the artist on the first Buffy Season 8 story-arc, is a regular at Dragon*Con. Thought you'd like to know, if you wanted to meet him.

Looks like I made the right choice in skipping the Supernatural comic (the art looked horrible). Maybe I'll pick up the trade paperback when it comes out.

It hasn't been officially announced yet, but Wildstorm, the people doing the Supernatural comic are going to be doing a Veronica Mars comic. I can't remember if you watched Veronica. If you didn't, ignore this.

I hate VM.

And yeah, the art on the SPN comics isn't too good. It's all seeming very amatuer to me. But I still like the idea behind the comic enough to spend $3 a month on 'em.

And I know Georges Jeanty was there last year, I went and met him with Kieth (I think). I haven't seen his name on the guest list yet, but once I do I know I'll be taking the first 4 issues of Buffy S8 with me for him to autograph.

I'm 99% certain he lives in Atlanta, so he should be there. He shares a studio with a guy whose wife posts on a comic book message board I go to and I know she and her husband live in Atlanta.
