Oh dear. Kami showed his hand a bit too soon, it seems. And now that Amber is destroyed, he's lost an allay. At least he and Közi have met now. Excited to see what happens next!

This is the point when I original abandoned this fic. I've been rewriting large chunks of the original to make this. Now though, I have to develop the plot further. I think it'll be better for it. The original left much to be desired and I don't feel even this rewrite is quite right.

It's easy for writers to be critical of their own work. Not that there's anything wrong with coming back to something and doing a rewrite. I'm glad you decided to share this, and look forward to seeing where you take the plot from here. ^_^
