chicago public library - new website!

i love going to the library and getting books out for free!  i really am spending much less on some of the books that i go through like water (like romances) instead of spending so much.

well, i went to the chicago public library website today to double -check when my books are due only to discover that there is a brand new site.

Not a very public "public" library. That sucks for S's son.

You're so cute :) I love public libraries, too, and Chicago's must be incredible.

Aren't libraries great? Everything about the whole borrow-not-buy concept is so old that it's new again. Think how many people will read the same copy of the book or watch the same copy of the DVD, instead of each of us cluttering up our own space with a copy we'll only use once.
