How to Turn In Your Rough Draft

It's finally that time! You have until August 16th, 2012 to turn in your rough draft for Round 3 of the Vampire Big Bang challenge. First off, to answer some questions we may get.- We would love it if you could turn in a minimum word count of 7,000, but IF you are ABSOLUTELY sure you will have your fic finished and more than 10,000 words by

Ah, is it okay to ask here?
My scedule got turned upside-down lately, but I should have 7000 words by 16th. However, I had an idea for another story and started drafting it. Can I submit that one too, on the unofficial track?

Absolutely, that's fine!

Ironically, it's the second fic that reached minimum word count...

But since RL problems are over, I'm confident I'll end both until 24th and have enough for artist when claims go up. I finally managed to settle on the course of the first fic, and one of second is already determined, so all that remains is to fill in the blanks. (Deadlines work wonders on my motivation. ;) )So I'm sending you both officially, holey and note-riddled as they are, by midnight here.

hey just wanted to clarify that rough drafts are now due the 16th at 7000 words over the original (and still posted in the FAQ) 13th and 8000 words. I just had a freak out looking at my calendar which has tomorrow when I knew I'd seen this post a couple days ago saying the 16th and planned for that.

I'm going to have to drop out. :( With the health issues I have had the last few months , I don't have much to even turn in for the Unofficial track.
