I heard ankle or foot is pretty popular for unseen tatts. I dunno much about it though. >.>;;

Hmm, this is true, but I've heard that they also can fade pretty fast, too. And that would be terrible. D:

Btw, I've missed you, first ever LJ/RL buddy, though it's entirely my fault that I've done so. <3 How's your shoulder?

<3<3 I dunno anything about tattoos XD;; so I couldn't say anything about that. What about the shoulder blade area?

I miss you too, Vamps. ;_; And don't worry about it; I've been busy too <3

My shoulder's doing okay. My first comment was typed with one hand, but this one is being typed with TWO. Mwahahaha. Recovery's going well. My follow up appointment is on March 31st. They gave me Vicodin for the pain, so if things get rough, I go to wonderland XD;; I even got a shower yesterday! So things aren't too bad at all. <3

I've got one on the front of my ankle and it's easily hidden. It didn't hurt surprisingly at all either. This might be because it wasn't really on bone to any degree. As for fading, as long as you apply sunscreen to the tattoo if it's going to be exposed by shorts and sandals, it'll be fine.

I also have tattoos on an upper arm and on my calf. The calf area is also easy to cover up if you don't mind forgoing shorts/shorter skirts and the upper arm is no problem. However, the upper arm area - That IS sensitive to stretching so if you intend on doing some serious muscle sculpting, I wouldn't put it there.

Upper parts of hips are pretty good areas too, once again as long as you don't plan on any resculpting. RE: Shoulderblades - those CAN be more painful depending on how much or little is between the skin surface and the bone. If you're at least averagely padded, it shouldn't be too bad.

Also YAY for someone else doing body mods for an anniversary! Brian and I did that ourselves a few years back.
