You know, I've tried to get into this story, and maybe I'm just not doing it right. Maybe I should give it another go.

My only problem with it is that I---badly, I know---fast-forwarded to the end, and I couldn't find any Aragorn h/c or treatment or anything given by the canon characters. It looked like Eomer got all the attention. Am I missing something critical here?

Mhmmm, yes and no. It's not like Eomer gets all the attention, you probably stranded on the wrong parts there. Eomer and Faramir are seperately searching for Aragorn, so the story jumps between Aragorn, Faramir and Eomer, but is centering on Aragorn.

But: You're right, there isn't any Aragorn h/c with canon characters (they only find him in the last chapter). The only thing I could say in defence of the story in that regard is that you should try and give the OCs a chance. They really are exceptionally good! I know, sometimes it's hard to warm up with OCs and accept that they get space in a story you would like give to a canon character, but they are done with so much skill, you just have to love them.

I'm going to give it another try. I'm not usually big on OCs, but I've found that if they're expertly done---and male---do not like female OCs at all---that I can sometimes really get into the story anyway. Therefore, I'm going to give it a try sometime this week, I think! Thanks!

I'm also not big on OCs, so I only like a select few:) But this one more than qualifies, in my opinion...

Though, maybe I shouldn't tell you that the villain is a woman *hides*?
