sounds familiar. i had a period of about 7,5 years in which i couldn't write, and then, i started again. it felt great. and it still does 💜

and watching the movies has often been inspiring for me too 😊

Yeah, exactly this. I just hadn't expected the movies to hit as hard as they did. Maybe they even got better with time, I don't know.

Well done writing again! I have a WIP from my LOTR days that I would dearly love to finish, but so far, time, inspiration and opportunity have never coincided. Maybe one day.

One? My whole harddrive is filled with first chapters. I was just surprised that this one slash story was actually FINISHED. I remember starting it (ten years ago, cough), but I don't remember finishing it. So weird. Okay, with editing it gained another 1000 words (always happens when I edit), but even before it had a beginning, a middle and an end. And an emotional arc. Everything you need was right there.
