coincidences

Within the span of 3 days I managed to come back in contact with two friends whom I haven't talked to in at least 4 years. In both cases, there was no real "goodbye" we just fell out of touch and lost track of one another. It's bizarre that this should happen in such a short span of time, and quite refreshing to catch up.

Dude, good luck on your jouney. It's not very important, but I'm just wondering what happened to the mixed cds and "surprise" you would send me before you leave. I mean, you said this a year ago and again three months ago, so I don't know if you forgot or changed your mind, and I could understand if you did since a lot of time passed and you were never obligated to send me anything in the first place. So whatever you decide to do is just fine, but I'd be sad if you sent a package and it was lost.

I'm a dumbass who's full of excuses. They all seem very legitimate to me in my head, but very lame when I actually say or write them. The major one being: for a second time, I cannot find your address. And I've been a bit preoccupied with getting all of my stuff in order to leave. I had a whole list all ready to burn before I reformatted my computer- but I lost it and haven't had a chance to sit down and make up a new one since then. Besides, it wasn't that long ago, was it? I could have sworn that this was something I said around the time I was finishing school last May or June. Also, I have a little surprise almost ready to accompany the cds, but I goofed on it a bit and I just haven't taken the time to sit down and fix it up.

Ok, I've droned on long enough.
