Hey, does anyone know who one needs to call/see to get immunization records from Olin? I need to find documentation of my meningitis vaccination freshman year (fall 99). I doubt that I still have the paperwork, but I'm hoping that Olin does. Anyone?

Well, speaking as a former Travel Clinic employee, here's what I can tell you...

If you got the shot at the Travel Clinic, then they'll be able to tell you. If you got the shot through regular Olin, or during on of the Meningitis clinics when we were wee little freshmen then you can try calling Olin's medical records department (call the main Olin number and ask to be transferred). But the medical records people are bitchy and not very helpful. So you'd still probably be better off calling the Travel Clinic, because they can get your record from the medical records department and they're generally much nicer about it. Or at least I was. In the end, you might have to fax some sort of written consent before they'll send/fax you a copy.

That took way too long to explain.
