Jericho --- Peak Oil Prep?

About half a year ago, one of my friends, who is somewhat peak oil aware, suggested that I watch the TV show "Jericho". He explained that the show was about a town that is attempting to survive on its own after a debilitating nuclear attack on the country

This was one of my favorite tv shows when it was on. I also liked one of the plot lines that should be developing nicely for you about now. Governments and whatnot :)
