I don't tend to dwell on the fact that i'm alone most of the time- I'm not in a relationship, i don't have a whole lot of friends in the area (I'm working on that one though) but i'm pretty self sufficient, if i do say so myself ( Read more... )

First I must say that I am jalous that you went to Ikea, I must now go to the website to see if the Stoughtn store is finished! Thank you for reminding me. And you really just need to move to Providence, where the gays roam free :)

I like it a lot. I'm generally not a fan of cities but Providence isn't so big that its intimidating. I'm actually living in Johnston too, so its quieter out here...although traffic driving into the city in the mornings can be pretty horrible at times. the drivers scare me though. i'm not aggressive enough.
I've never experienced a new england winter though, so we'll see how I feel when it starts getting REALLY cold though.
