[He totally got one of those huge umbrellas, but it's downstairs. And since they're really doing the date thing... he reaches for her hand, less awkwardly than he has before. For some reason it's harder for him to be awkward when he's moving.]

[Just a little. He's had more time to get used to the idea, and he also has something else to concentrate on which helps (less brain to worry about messing up with). He manages to get the umbrella open so they don't get totally poured on; he got one of those huge ones. Just because. And off they go.]
