Saturday:
Midsummer's Eve in Hungary is the day set for the Night of Museums. I was planning this day for a while now. Wow, that night of museums thing is a lot of information at once, but it looks interesting.

Anyway, I made fruit soup yesterday (with not sour cherries because you can't buy those around here). It was really interesting to try, so thanks again for telling me about it!

It tasted amazing, but it was too strong for me. If I were to make it again, I would put less fruit and no sugar. But even though it tasted good, I'm not sure when I would ever be like "I want to eat this." I have a little left and I think I'm going to try making popsicles with it. :)

Sour cherry is an important part of the recipe, it balances the sugar well. I hope you'll like the popsicles. :)
