That's a lot of shows. :-) YA novels are usually pretty good for motivation, not only because they're easier to read, but also because they tend to be more dynamic.

Yeah, it sure was a lot of shows I checked.
The problem I have with YA novels is that I don't really like anything modern - basically nothing much past the 19th centuries. Not sure why, but the new ones only annoy me, and don't give any inspiration. For ex. the one I mentioned from Mór Jókai - Aged not old - is an awesome idea where the writer visions the future where he is over 70 and gets a wife, all 4 scenarios are different, and so fun to read, makes my creative juices flowing.
I don't get anything like that from any new age writer. I feel like I'm reading a fanfiction, and not a literature piece. Also I like to read something with beautiful words, some stuff that I don't get from everyday talks - YA angers my sensitive radars with the modern language.
