Orange and T-Mobile have merged networks, which will be really handy for things like, ooh, Whitby, and getting phone reception in my own flat.

To access it, I need to change some settings on my Orange mobile account.

I didn't know I had an Orange mobile account!

I've gone on the site - I don't know my password so they're going to send me an 8-digit

I thought it was Orange and T-Mobile, not O2.

I still understand your problem though. I have been seeing their adverts on the tube and saw that you had to "sign up" to get the benefit of both networks. Yeah, right!
