Livingston Legacy 3.1
Hello again! The Livingstons have returned with more shenanigans, and lots of pictures. This update will be a bit longer than what I've been posting lately, and the first half is a bit slow/boring, so you've been warned! Last time around, not much happened really, maybe a couple birthdays, but I can't really remember. Onwards!
Ummm...Joyce, when one visits another's house, one does not usually promptly sleep on their couch.
Reuben: Hey, I don't mind. She's hot.
Cecily: *is oblivious*
This picture was taken because James got a promotion. I believe he's a mixologist now. But I was too lazy to take notes for any of these pictures, so don't quote me on that.
Well someone's happy Joyce finally woke up!
Oh James, you and your constant smiling will be missed when you die. I wish I could keep you alive forever.
But not really because I need the room.
Nice Reuben. In your parents' bed. Classy.
I think Joyce was feeling guilty about fooling around in James and Keziah's bed because she did the dishes after that. Whatever gets the house clean I guess.
For whatever reason people started hanging out in Reuben and Byron's room a lot. I guess they're the popular ones in the house.
Byron: So you're Joyce. I've heard a lot about you...
You're looking a little too happy Cecily, what exactly are you eating?
Cecily: I don't know, I found it in the back corner of the fridge.
Well that's always a good sign.
Byron's suddenly decided he's heartbroken over the death of the grandmother he's never met.
Byron: *sigh* My sister's ignoring me.
Or maybe she's just being responsible and trying to get her homework done.
Cecily: This is way better than Dora the Explorer!
Uh, maybe not in front of the young and impressionable guys.
I sent all the kids to the bar and it started glitching. Everyone had like a bazillion 'watch tv' actions in their que.
Thus, this happened. It must have been an amazing tv show.
Nothing like cookies for breakfast to start you day off right!
Poor Leyla, watching from the sidelines xD She actually gets along pretty well with the family I think.
This is pretty much the permanent state of the front yard. That's a garbage plant by the way.
I somehow manage to keep the inside of the house relatively tidy at least. It involves a lot of James constantly cleaning.
I sent Lysander and Leyla out for their first (and probably only) realy date.
And after some cute date spam they're engaged.

James has always got that puppy dog look on his face. I don't need a pets expansion - I've got James and his puppy dog face! (jk I actually still want the pets expansion)

Ly likes taking bubble baths so he can splash and play in the water. This is who you've made responsible for the legacy guys.
After the bubble bath, Lysander preceded to play in the puddle he made from splashing water all over the place. I'm starting to have serious doubts the legacy will survive this generation.
I just realized the majority of my pictures of Cecily involve her doing homework. Often while sitting on a bed.
In case anyone forgot, James is a bookworm. So yeah.
Keziah: Have some sparkles!
It's birthday time! Because no legacy update would be complete without at least one celebration of aging.
Synchronized aging!
Here's Byron all grown up. He's a music lover, good, and loves the outdoors. His aspiration is computer whiz.
Reuben's a slob, creative, and an art lover. His aspiration is soulmate.
It's also Keziah's birthday.
Keziah: Pretty sparkles!
Keziah: I here something suspicious.
I'm pretty sure Keziah's pretty much gone mad and/or senile. Just wait and you'll see.
Just to prove there was actually a party and people came. Also, hi Naeva!
Reuben: So, wanna move into a tiny house with my twin brother, his girlfriend (who's also your sister), and I?
Joyce: Sure! That sounds like a great idea!
Okay, hold that though. James retired! I figured he didn't have enough time to complete the career or his aspiration anyway, and Lysander's making enough money to keep us afloat. So, I let James retire so he could spend the rest of his elderhood doing whatever he wants.
And back to the boys. They moved out into this cute little house as you can see.
They actually live right beside Naeva and their cousins. This house is from the gallery by the way.
I sent them right to work bringing the next generation of forgotten cousins into the world.
Success!
I then realized the house was far too tiny for kids and got them a new one from the gallery.
Here's a picture of Reub painting in his garden because I thought it was pretty. Now time to get back to the main house.
Abeline's working on her typing skills for her aspiration.
In a shocking turn of events James isn't smiling for once. I think elderhood is starting to catch up with him.
You have toys, a computer, a chess tables, books, a giant suffed animal, monkey bars, and a tv, yet for some reason you spend all your time playing in trash piles. Makes perfect sense.
Cecily finally discovered the toy box I see.
James maxed his cooking skill!
Lysander: Hey boss, I need to take the day off work so I can get married.
After a long (for sims) and uneventful engagement, Lysander and Leyla are finally getting married.
And I never really know what to say in these romantic type situations, so have some pic spam!
I've been waiting forever to be able to see this interaction xD
Joyce: WE CAN EAT CAKE NOW!!!!
This is the sweetest interaction ever and my couple always do it autonomously.
Penny: Oh, he's fine! ;)
Keziah: *death glare*
Abeline is far more social that her sister who has the social butterfly aspiration. It would have made things so much easier if they just switched.
Case in point, Cecily is dancing alone, far, far away from everyone else at the party.
Everyone else is over at the bar, which isn't all that child friendly, but still. You get the point.
What a party animal.
Baby bump! I'm pretty sure it got bigger over the course of the evening.
Eventually everyone got tired of the bar and headed over to the dance floor to bust some moves.
Naeva showed up and was really angry for some reason. I guess she just doesn't like weddings.
Naeva: Weddings make me sick.
Joyce is actually in this chapter a lot. I really like her, she's got a lot of personality. If Lysander hadn't won I would have really liked it if Reuben were heir. Him and Joyce would have been an awesome couple to play.
Quit eyeing Lysander Penny! You snooze you lose.
Abeline: Yuck! This cake smells rotten!
I don't think that's the cake, hon.
Back at home the honeymoon begins.
Leyla: Yoo hoo! Voice in the air! I really have to pee, so if you could please direct me to the nearest toilet, that'd be fantastic.
Everyone, welcome Leyla Bray into the family. Her traits are good, romantic, and cheerful. Her aspiration is painter extroidinaire. And at this point in time she really has to pee.
Leyla: Really? You're doing this now?
I'm almost out of pictures and needed to properly introduce you at some point.
And generation 4 is finally on it's way! Woohoo!
Leyla: Oooo! Look at the pretty confetti!

That's all folks! I should have another update up sooner rather than later. I've already played ahead a bit and have a ton of pictures, plus my spring break is coming up and I'll have lots more time. Hopefully next time around there will actually be some babies. Maybe not though, because I already have nearly enough pictures for an update and no babies have been born yet xD So we'll have to wait and see.
