I love the name Reuben. He was one of my favourite characters in a series I read when I was younger, and was such a sweetheart :P Reuben looks like he's following the footsteps with all those hugs, aww. I quite like just seeing what the family get up to. That tends to be what freestyle legacies do, unless you want to add some story lines in like finding spouses and such. Finding more out about the kids for heir polls is always good too, of course :)
I love the name too ;) He is a sweetheart, though he's a bit mischievous too. It always amazes me how much personality each of my sims have.
I've been trying to give an even amount of exposure to each of the kids, but I find that some of them get a bit less attention just because they never seem to be doing much. It's hard to keep track of everyone too with so many sims in the house - I don't know how people can manage some of the massive legacy families I see. I've been contemplating trying to incorporate a bit more story into the posts, but I'm not really sure how to go about that. I'm still really new to this legacy thing - and just sims in general. I think it'd be fun to give the family a bit more of a story though.
Thanks for reading, and for the feedback - its very helpful!
Wait wait WAIT a second here...you can get powercuts in the Sims 4?!?! why is everything so awesome in the game? Seriously, I really love the way they sit when they're watching tv and stuff.
Also, James. I never thought I'd see him pout, but it's even cuter than his smile x) (i kind of think he looks a tiny bit like Buzz from toy story as well?...it bugged me for a while before i realised...)
All the kids are so adorable and sweet ahhhhh. Naeva is beautiful.
I quite like just reading about all the little details about their lives. Like, when I play the game, I am so invested in all the boring routines I make them do :D I love that. But when I'm, say, writing for the Earlys, I just pick what looks like the funniest pictures. Do whatever works for you, because I'm happy with reading anything <3
You can get powercuts, and if you still can't/don't pay your bills after that they cut off the water too. Thankfully that did not happen! I've really fallen in love with all the different interactions and mannerisms of the sims in this game - they all have so much personality
( ... )
Holy Moly, that sounds super cool! I mean, it sucks for the sims, but it adds some more realism to the game which is awesome ^.^ yeah! They all have different ways of walking and stuff too, I swear? It's so much more...natural than the other sims games. I'm so jealous.
Haha, sorry! It just hit me how similar they are ;)
I can't believe how stunning Naeva turned out to be, she's so pretty...even with the glutton trait. Yikes XD Of course Rueben is a little sweetie in his own right :3
It sounds so taxing to have to play them without power etc, thankfully I've not experiened it yet but the idea terrifies me O.O
James is doing such a good job at being a dad for the kids, and looking adorable at it too might I add.
I'm just excited she's actually got a combination of her parents traits, last gen the kids were all really similar to one parent with maybe one difference or a clone. So, the variety is nice.
The power being out is definately not fun, I feel like it puts all my sims in a bad mood or something.
James is the most amazing spouse/partner I have had in this legacy so far. He's got a special place in my heart xD
"I don't want any more than 3 kids this generation" -> twins That *would* happen... haha! I'm sorry you had to deal with twins, they are really hard!!! But now that they're kids it should be all right. They're both so cute! And blond, yay! I love love love James! Everything he does is so adorable x) As far as what we'd like to see, I really like how you've been doing it so far! That's kind of the standard of this type of legacy (and for good reason, because it works well). I do like the parts where you write dialogue between Sims, that's always entertaining! And I also like seeing the kids and getting to know them and their unique personalities. That always helps for heir polls! I think you're doing a great job of all of it so far, though, so keep it up! :)
The twins were interesting to say the least. They are cute though, as is James xD. Thanks for the input, I appreciate it! I have been trying to work on dialogue, I just don't feel like I'm that good at it I'm working on it though and I'm doing my best to show each of the children and their personalities fairly equally.
