Look! It's another update!
I know they've become a bit scarce these days, and I apologize for that.
Hopefully I can actually get posts up fairly regularly one day.
Anywho, on with the show!
Keziah: I hate my job. I want to quit!
You just started today! Goodness gracious, you noncommital sims are horrible.
Tatiana: Hehe, guess my bladder isn't what it udes to be.
Tat's just such an adorable elder xD
Oh look at that, Kez is actually doing something useful.
In other news, Tatiana reached level 9 in painting. She's rocking her career!
Tatiana: Well, now that I don't have a bunch of kids to chase after it's a breeze.
Keziah: *whistles*
Kez always looks so happy when she's doing the dishes.
I sent Keziah to the gym where she immediately began to mock Zuri Bach here.
They already had a pretty bad relationship and this didn't help it any.
In fact they got into a fight.
Keziah: Take that!
Kez, I don't think you should be so proud of the fact you just beat up an elderly woman.
Keziah: Hey! They're not as innocent as the look!
Whatever helps you sleep at night.
After that little scuffle, Keziah finally got some actual exercise.
Back at home Tatiana was fast asleep. Being a elder tires a lady out obviously.
Tatiana: Ick! This is the worst grilled cheese I've ever tasted.
That may be because it's spoiled. You might want to pay a bit more attention to what you're eating.
Tatiana has taken up knife tricks as a hobby.
At least, she appears to think so.
Tat, you're supposed to be cooking - not auditioning for the circus.
Grimmy still likes to hang out at the gym as you can see.
And so does Tirzah!
Keziah: I'm scared. Very very scared.
Toughen up Kez, it's just a punching bag. You'll be fine.
Keziah: Yeah, okay then. I guess I'll give this a shot.
Keziah: Umph!
*facepalms* Kez, that's not...oh whatever.
After a hard day at the gym, Kez stopped by the local bar for a snack.
James was there too. James, I don't like the way you're looking at Keziah.
You're married you know - to her sister!
Kez also drowned a few drinks, trying to get up the courage to phone her boss and quit her job.
Being noncommital, she got tired of the criminal career pretty fast.
Keziah: Hey bossman! I'm tired of being your lackey. I quit! *hangs up*
And then she was unemployed.
She celebrated by having a chat with this fine specimen - Xander England.
Xander came over the next days and things quickly heated up.
Looks like we've found our baby daddy!
Or at least one one them ;)
Yes, we are well on our way to the arrival of generation 3.
There's always lots of guys hanging out at the house.
Xander's talking to Tatiana, Milan Esquivel's listening in, and the guy on the computer in the back is Karl Toney.
I figure having lots of male friends is the best way for Kez to keep her options open.
Minal and Keziah are super close - they're pretty much best friends.
Milan: Say furry llamas!
This is a bit random, but James hates Uriah and Sabrina.
I went over to check on the spares and these two got into a fight.
Keziah: So...I have something important to tell you babe.
Keziah: I'm pregnant!
Xander: *is confused* I...I...I'm not sure how I feel about this.
Obviously he wasn't too against having a baby, because he became her boyfriend and agreed to move in.
Xander England everyone!
He's a Bro, Glutton, and Gloomy.
His aspiration is Public Enemy, so he'll fit right in with this family of criminally inclined sims.
He's also an adult, because apparently there are never any young adult males in this town.
Keziah and Milan are still good friends, and no they're partners in crime.
So, I guess they can plan pranks together now.
Xander brought a lot of money with him, so the bottom floor of the house got a makeover.
Some mother-daughter bonding over lunch.
Tatiana: Congrats on the baby hon, I can rest easy knowing the family will carry on.
Keziah: Thanks mom, I'll do my best to be a good heir and make you proud.
And after that sweet moment Keziah decided to woohoo with Xander...in her mom's bed.
Really guys? Are you kidding me?
Xander: Hehe, I have a pretty girlfriend.
Yes you do Xan - at least for now.
Xander: What's that supposed to mean?
Oh, nothing. Nothing at all.
After being unemplyed for awhile, Keziah wanted to start a new job.
So, I set her up as a Tech Guru. Hopefully this goes alright.
Xander: Mrs.Livingston you are looking very fine today!
Tatiana: *giggles* Oh, thank you Xander.
Yep. Xander decided it was perfectly appropriate to flirt with his girlfriend's mother.
Then he acts all innocent and goes and dotes on Keziah and the baby.
Don't think I'm not on to you buddy!
Oh Tatiana, I'm sorry but, your misery is really adorable.
Being gloomy, Xander likes to randomly go and cry it out on the bed a lot.
Xander: *sobs* I'm not ready to be a father! *sobs some more*
There, there - you'll get used to it. Don't worry.
Keziah went to visit the museum and I don't really know what she's doing here.
It looks like she's about to attack Jami Esquivel.
Keziah needs to do voodoo for her aspiration, so I decided to test it out at the museum.
It didn't work out so well, I think she needs a bit more practice.
Kez spends a lot of time on the computer for her job now.
Which she'll probably quit after a couple days anyway, so I don't know why I even try.
Thankfully Tatiana's around. She brings in most of the money, cooks the food, repairs things, cleans things.
Basically the house wouldn't be running very smoothly without her.
Baby time! Keziah got to go to the hospital instead of suffering through a home birth.
Meet Naeva Livingston!
Another little girl. So far all of Tatiana's four grandchildren are girls.
This family needs a boy - stat!
Nonetheless, Naeva is pretty cute.
Tatiana's a professional painter now, which is a good thing. We need all the money we can get with a new baby.
And along with all the other things she does, Tatiana is pretty much the main caregiver for Naeva.
She always autonomously cares for her while the other two pretty much ignore her unless I force them to interact with her.
Xander will interact with her by himself sometimes, but it's usually just to coo at her.
Still, at least it's something I suppose.
Tatiana's actually gotten pretty good at cooking too - she made Butternut Gonnoci for the family.
I'm seriously not sure how they will survive without her.
I took this picture mostly to showcase the two generations.
They look pretty similar, but at the same time Kez has a lot of subtle differences.
I can't wait to see how all of Kez's kids turn out.
Keziah switched careers again. Now she's an astronaut.
We'll see how long that lasts.
Keziah: So, I was thinking...
Run Xander! It's never a good thing when anyone says that!
Xander: Why am I doing this?
Hey, I told you to run, but you didn't listen.
One of Kez's new mischief abilities is 'Dare to Streak', and she tried it out on Xander.
Hence the running around outside naked thing.
Kez wanted another shot at the whole voodoo thing, so she attempted to summon Jami Esquivel.
Keziah: It actually worked!
Jami: *is confused* What worked?
Keziah: Oh nothing...
Xander spends way too much time being sad.
It'd kind of cute though - his lip quivers and everything.
What little free time Tatiana has she uses to paint. She always looks so happy when she's painting.
I'm glad she enjoys her career so much.
Baby number two is on the way! After this one's born I'm thinking I might kick Xander out and find a new baby daddy.
Preferably someone who doesn't have black hair. We need a bit more variety.
Keziah needs logic points for her new career as an astronaut, so she's been playing lots of chess with her mother.
When I renovated the house after Xan moved in I added a little home gym.
Now that she's an astronaut, Kez has been making use of it to up her athletic skill for the job.
I pity the next baby that comes along. Tatiana's getting pretty old, she probably won't be around to care for it.
So, it probably won't be cared for very often. Unless Kez gets her act together.
Tatiana wanted to get a drink at the bar, and being as it was nearing the end for her I decided it couldn't hurt.
She needed a break from work and taking care of her family anyway.
Xander went along with her so they could do some (appropriate) bonding.
Upon returning home she promptly died. Goodbye Tatiana, you will be missed!
You were the best founder I've ever had.
Tatiana: I'm the only founder you've ever had.
Hush, I'm trying to do a nice eulogy type thing here.
After the Grim Reaper sent Tatiana to the afterlife, he wandered into the house to watch the news.
Grim Reaper: The tv reception in the underworld is horrible okay, and I've got to keep up to date on current events.
*rolls eyes*
Meanwhile Keziah was napping - oblivious to the fact that her mother had just died.
In fact, just like with Kobe, no one really noticed. I guess they have to be there when the person dies or something.
I set up a little graveyard in the corner of the lot. R.I.P. Tatiana and Kobe.
With Tatiana gone Xander has taken up the mantle of repairman.
And Keziah's actually taking care of her daughter for once.
Xander's even been helping out with the baby.
Kez has to play chess alone since her momma died.
Some good things have happened though, Keziah got promoted to Command Center Lead for one.
And Naeva became a child!
She got the trait Loner, and her child aspiration is Whiz Kid.
Keziah and Xander are still all lovey dovey.
They're pretty cute together. 'Tis a shame they're gonna have to break up soon xD
I'll end this update with some more good news - Tirzah had a son!
