My Sims 4 Build-A-City Challenge Rules

I decided to post the rules that I'll be using for my Build-A-City Challenge, mostly just for myself so I have a nice organized set of rules to refer back to rather than barely legible, hastily made notes. Of course, if you'd like to do this challenge using these rules - be my guest. I based them on these sets here, here and here. Just as a note,

Thank you for this! I was looking for a set of rules last night and there are so many to choose from, and I couldn't see any based on TS4. You read my mind! Will be using these :D

I was having the same trouble. It took me forever to find some rules for TS4 for this challenge, and the ones I found I wasn't really happy with and there was a lot of stuff that was unclear in my opinion. Hopefully these rules are easy enough to follow.

I would definately recommend it, I've had a lot of fun so far. Its nice not being in the same household all the time and having so many different goals to work on. It really keeps things interesting.

so does that mean that if more than one sim completes the same branch they each get 5 points towards the multiplier?
