This year I also made a video for the
Sweet Charity Auction for
podfic_lover . I'm so happy, that you like it, sweetie!
This time I made a Merlin (BBC) video, focusing for a love triangle between Gwen, Arthur and Lancelot. The song used is Between by Vienna Teng, which is a beautiful and touching one.
Here you can watch the vid streaming on Vimeo.

First of all, I've to admit I'm not fond of love triangles in general, and this one specially...^^ (neither in the Arthurian legend nor now with Merlin), for me, Guinevere belongs to Arthur and nobody else! *lol*
But apart from that (and you know, that's only my stupid opinion ^^), this vid is just BEAUTIFUL!!! Very well done! And the song is lovely, very fitting. I loved it. ♥

I also think, that Gwen belongs to Arthur in the first place. But both in the legend and in the show there is another romance with Lancelot - and I understand it. Sometimes relationships are complicated in real life and - as we can see - on TV screen as well.;)
And I loved the song and loved the idea to use it for them! Additionally I thought, that there was a great material in the show to make a vid showing their triangle-like relationship.
Although it was a challenge making this vid, it was also fun!:)

I absolutely agree with you, this is a beautiful song and it fits so perfectly to them, so I felt as I have to make this vid.:) I'm so happy that you loved it!

I really enjoyed this, especially the way you used Gwen's relationship with Lancelot to illuminate her relationship with Arthur. It fits canon so well. I often don't enjoy love triangle vids focused on these three, because the Gwen/Arthur relationship is so much more complicated and interesting to me than the Gwen/Lancelot one--in large part because the former have so much more screen time. But you solved that problem beautifully. It's a very insightful vid, and I like the sense of complication in the relationship.
I also liked the way you move for the most part backward in time--it took me a while to catch on, but oh, it fits the theme so perfectly. And it's a great song choice as well. Brava!
