This isn't meant to be directed to anyone in particular, knowing that most of you are suffering from some sort of ambiguity about what your plans are going to be for the second two weeks of March. Having said that

Dude, I thought we'd been over this once upon a midnight dreary... we get one week off for Thanksgiving, two weeks off for Spring Break, one day off for MLK Day, and absolutely nothing else. Our classes started August 31st for the fall (I was here until Dec. 21st) and January 9 for the spring (my last final is May 5th but I'm here until around the 22nd).
Spring break for two weeks is nice, but it'd be nicer to have some sort of leniency in between.
The fall semester started on Sept 6... Thanksgiving's Monday is off, classes end on Dec 5, exams go till dec 22.
Winter semester starts Jan 4, Midterm week (this week), is the first time off we have. For 1 week (including President's day). Classes end April 11. Exams are until May 7th.
Well, then, I shall clarify that I will personally be on campus until the 5th, which in my eyes is about a week, or if you count Wednesday-Saturday as being worthy of consideration as a "full" week of March, such that the "second two" weeks of March (as in, the second and third, the second available set of two, as opposed to the first and the second) are when we have Spring Break.
Also, :P on you. First you attack Hudson on grammar (clearly deserved, though) and then me on semantics. For shame, not respecting your elders.
a) it's not about going somewhere cool. i would be just as happy staying in a motel off 95. it's about doing something different and getting away from what we see/do all the time.
b) the cost is actually barely more than just taking the train home (see a).
c) the only people who created drama were...not people i'm really friends with, let's put it that way. i might have thought some of them weren't bitchy, but... well. yeah.
