Well this sucks.

In one sudden and startling stroke of catastrophe, Fingon seems to have lost most/all of his friends. And his sister.

So not on.

He's brooding outside, having just finished practicing, washing his face off with water from the hose and frowning vaguely.

There's going to be a cousin in the vicinity, not really brooding. Just sitting around and toying with dice. He's in an okay mood, since the little brothers came back, but he is disturbed by Galadriel.

And he'll be fiddling with the dice and trying not to get in Fingon's way.

Trying not to get in Cara's way? Doesn't really want to be beat up again.

"Good afternoon."

Or maybe he does, who knows.

Eyebrows. "You too." Carefully.

What's next? Fingon is going to want to be his best friend? Oh god that would be valarfucking weird.

Nope. Not that. We can be civil, though! Totally can.

He has a little sister still. He just doesn't know it. She's going to be out, for a small moment before she returns to Tyelko - she's with him as much as she can, these, days.

She notices him, and she stays at a distance, but not hiding. Part of her is disturbed by the situation. Another part of her is wanting to talk to him. Yet another is very afraid of what her forgiveness could mean for Tyelko's safety.

He notices her. Brothers can't help but be aware of sisters, so -

But he does pretend he doesn't. She wanted him out of her life, so he's going to listen to that, at least. Even if his first instinct is to argue about it.

Oh, great, the one time him not listening would have been appreciated, he listens. Oh, Fingon.

She's going to accidentally-on-purpose trip and fall to the ground with a little yelp.

Because better that than just saying hello. Right?

It's the way he works! And she really sounded like she meant it, too. :\

Aack. A twitch and he has to try not to run over to her to make sure she's okay.

"Irisse?" Carefully, hanging back.

T: Galadriel says she takes exception of the all his friends, comment. And Nik says he's not pissed at him, he's just busy - but maybe he doesn't quite count as a friend.

At any rate, here's another isolated monarch. Gwen will notice him, and impressed by his bearing and stature, will break of her usual shyness.

"Good day, Lord."

He very clearly is someone of importance. It's visible.

He straightens, and then bows. "Lady," clearly, because he can still handle strangers. "Good day."

"And to you, sir." She looks at him curiously. "You have the bearing of a king."

He lifts his head a little, proudly. "I am High King of the Noldor, Lady."
