Title: It's a Good Enough Life
Characters/Pairings: Juliet/Sawyer
Rating: PG
Summary: "You wouldn't know it, but Horace throws a mean punch." Sawyer gets his start as Dharma security.

A/N: Okay, okay, so I've apparently jumped on the Juliet/Sawyer bandwagon. Accidentally, really. Takes place in the early days of Dharma.

Thank you so much! It's only my second time tackling these characters, and the first in their own fic, so the feedback is much appreciated! :)

Well done! I need pieces like this to see them growing closer together, and still figuring each other out. You did this perfectly. I love that Dharma security appears to spend an equal amount of time dealing with Horace, as with the hostiles!

Anymore bandwagons to jump on?

Thank you so much! I'm clearly not hardcore Juliet/Sawyer by any way, shape or means (though the pairing generally makes sense to me), but I'm intrigued by what the evolution of their relationship would have been. And Horace -- wah waaaah. ;P

Haha, not at the moment, though I am putting the finishing touches on my longest fic yet -- yay! -- with actual Des/Penny beyond passing mentions.

I really enjoyed this! I have such a fondness for fics that take place in those three missing years, and this was really wonderfully written and in-character. And I also appreciate that this could still fall into the category of "friendship fic"; there must've been a big transition period between just friends and living together for these two, and this was perfect. Great, great work. :)

Wow, thank you so much! What wonderful feedback!

I think that's the most interesting part for me -- that huge shift from Point A to Point B, and everything that would have come between. I'm fan enough of the couple, but I have to say I really enjoyed their weird brand of complicated friendship in late S4 and early S5.

Thanks again! :D
