Minus the whole "I liek yur boobs", I'd say that was a pretty smooth introduction. Be able to walk up out of no where, place himself dead in your interests, and show his interest and offer all in one fell swoop.
Yes. Taking full notice and then discussing your chest was a bit rude and obnoxious, but from this description, I'd have to give him an 8/10 for effort otherwise. I'd never have the courage to randomly introduce myself to someone, little own ask on a date like that. I'd be doing good if I could muster a nod and smile.

well dont be offended by the closing. what i meant by that was - every guy that has approached me has been like that. men that i have dated in the past such as yourself, i have approached. and obviously, im thankful that you didnt treat me like that. in fact, dealing with this guy made me realize you had respect for me (though i cant say i necessarily doubted that before)
anyways. to each their own opinion, but i honestly didnt like how he approached me at all. i dont feel comfortable with guys doing that. i prefer to do the approaching mainly because of shit ive dealt with in my past. there's nothing wrong with coming up to a girl and talking to them innocently, but he made it quite clear what his intentions were which disgusted me.
