Before I left South Africa, I had Alta, the fabulous innkeeper of the best place I have ever stayed at, the Bohemian Guest House, write me down her Tzatziki recipe that I grew to love so much during my stay.  I'm sharing it here because I was able to replicate it at home and am so happy to have success!  I have tried to make tzatziki before but

Love the icon:-) I am going to bookmark this entry to try at a later date because it sounds yummy! I haven't found Fage where I am now, but then again, I haven't really had a good recipe need it so I haven't looked too hard!

This is awesome - I can eat it by itself! Its the perfect summertime thing! I didn't do the points calculation on this, but I assume it would be really low, probably 1 point for a couple tablespoons, which is all you really need for a salad. For a pita, it would be even less!
