Sore muscles

I'm very sore from my weightlifting class on Wednesday.  Should I...

(A)  Do the weightlifting class tonight
(B)  Go for a run tonight
(C)  Go for a walk tonight

What is the best thing from a fitness perspective?

Lots of slow, easy stretches and a long walk...it's relaxing for your muscles...walk fast enough to get your heartrate up but slow enough to where you could carry on a convo with a friend. This way, you're moving those sore muscles but still giving them time to recover. Also, lots of water is a must!

I vote for lots and lots of stretching (are you doing enough stretching after you lift?) and maybe a long walk. Then maybe something with a faster pace this weekend?
