Well, I hope so! I don't know the actual time or place it was taken so there is significant amounts of guessing going on here :) But this is certainly one of my favourite photos of Dom...

I would like it to be true, of course. Just because. Well. But, in reality, I think the idea of Dom with an intelligent caring girl with model looks, like Evey, should make me happy for him. And it does. Mostly. :)
