Shane's changed his site again :) It now reads ON TOUR: PANIC AT THE DISCO and has a photo of a plane window and the wing at touch down/take off.

So, is he in Europe or not? XD Confusing man.

I swear I think he reads this community and is doing this with the express purpose of driving us nuts. I haven't heard of anyone seeing him at any of the European dates (has anyone else heard anything?), and if he's with them, somebody would have spotted him. I can't imagine he would have gone with Panic only to hide out on the bus or in the dressing room, you know? And it doesn't actually say "On Tour *WITH* Panic At The Disco."

And why is the image of the Netherlands still there? Hmmm.
