So if I squirt the alfentenil up my nose and wait 7 minutes I can move without screaming. Dose lasts for 15 minutes. 2 squirts and I managed to have hot bath and hair wash and dressings changed with no pain, tho I did get a bit of the hissing ears and giddiness.

but sometimes I get both.

If I can sit or lay down as soon as hissing starts I can avoid most of the pain tho.
