Yay-ish!

Semi sucessfull experiment.

Squirting painkiller up my nose before I walk tones down the pain a lot, and the pain wears off faster.

I think it will be better next time because I didn't get the first squirt quite right, but I know how to do it now.

Makes my eyes water a bit, but helps a lot.

Also I had a big bubbly bath today which was lovely, they lifted me in and out with the big hoist, amd there were jacuzzi bubbles.

Quite by coincidence,
the spray that was prescribed for my allergies
relieves my joint pain, too,
so I guess I understand what you're saying...

I remember reading somewhere a few years ago
about using nasal sprayers to deliver pain meds,
and I'm glad to see it working...

It's the same medicine that is in my syryinge driver but you take it through your mucus membranes for a faster hit. Doesn't last long but great for short term movement.
