ok - So I'm felling better today, at least right now, and it's time to play THE MOVIE GAME!

So here's the question -

The song "Somewhere My Love" which topped the charts in in 1965 and 1966 was fetured in what film?  Also - extra points if you can the actor who played the lead.

"Somewhere My Love" was "Lara's Theme" from "DR. ZHIVAGO". Omar Shariff was the lead.

Do I get a cookie?

LOL - welcome to my Movie Game!!

You are absolutely right! "Lara's Theme" or "Somewhere My Love" is from Dr. Zhivago and Omar the Magnificent was the lead with Julie Christie as his Mistress.

You get 1 point for the song title and 2 points for knowing Omar - Sorry no cookies. ;o)

You got it lady - I had no doubts.

You also get an extra point knowing Julie Christie. Omar is just one of those men who can melt you with a look.

He's up there with Ricardo and Antonio, at least in my book. I love those dark smoldering looks. So why did I marry a green eyed blonde??
