So, this morning I got up and got around. I finished my t-shirt for the protest and headed out. Alas, I scorched the shirt.

Christianity and religon in general is a virus. The better part of humanity would be better off without it, forcing people to actually contemplate about their existence without simply blindly accepting their fate based on empty belief.

The only reason religion exists is because people fear what they cannot explain. They fear repercusions for their earthly acts, thinking there is a definitive "right" and "wrong" chizzled into stone as defined by an omnipotent being that has more mood swings than a 14 year old girl on her period.

We are gods and this is our heaven. We make the world around us what it is, not the other way around. Live now; do not spend your time worshiping a god that would so easily punish you for petty earthly acts that are defined as immoral by a vague piece of literature written thousands of years ago by an archaic society. Christianity's truth is about as plausable as the Greek gods existance.

I hate militant fundamentalism in any belief, including atheism.

Listen, the warning label is a response to the Christian Coalition leader issuing a statement that since we label cigarettes, which shorten the life-span, why shouldn't we label the human fags too?

Some of us decided to hit the satire bandwagon early.

Those with the courage of their convictions log-in or sign their posts.

I think religion is a necessity. i see how dreadful people are WITH it and can only shudder at the thought of people without it. (And you are no good argument for that.)

The optimist hopes this is the best of all possible worlds. The pessamist fears that is true. This ain't heaven. this is the 9 to 5 grind before quitting time.

*sigh* the Lord taught us to love one another, but sin causes us to fight. I don't condone the words of the CC guy, but you know how I stand on other issues. Just a big....*sigh*
